This policy covers the Volt Education partnerships website at volteducation.com, operated by Volt Education LLC. It applies to people who browse this site or submit the partner inquiry form. It does not govern the family-facing Volt Online Schools site, student accounts, or school-collected education records.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to send us, including:

• Partner inquiry fields: name, role, district or school, state, work email, phone if provided, and your message
• Technical data the browser sends automatically, such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested

If you have not sent a Global Privacy Control signal, we also load Google Analytics and PostHog to understand traffic and whether an inquiry was submitted. Those tools receive the page URL and, on a successful inquiry, the selected state. We do not send student or family identifiers into either tool.

How we use it

• Operate, secure, and improve this website
• Measure which pages and inquiries come from which states

We do not sell personal information. We do not use inquiry submissions for a newsletter or drip sequence.

Who we share it with

We share information only with vendors that help us run this site:

• Resend, to deliver inquiry and confirmation emails
• Vercel, to host the site
• Google Analytics and PostHog, when analytics are loaded

Those vendors are not permitted to use the data for their own marketing. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Education records

This website does not collect student education records. A later partnership agreement, not this form, would govern any school data processed for a partner school.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the conversation. Analytics events follow each vendor's retention settings.

Your choices

You can email us to access, correct, or delete the contact details you submitted. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control will not load our analytics scripts. You can also block those scripts with your browser settings.

Changes

We will post updates on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
